Description
Burq is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of enterprise delivery-platform deals from discovery through contract, proof-of-concept, initial implementation, and handoff. The role partners with Account Executives to demonstrate Pulse AI and the full API, guides engineering teams through webhook and REST integrations, responds to RFPs and security questionnaires, and produces integration documentation. Candidates need 3–6 years of technical customer-facing experience, logistics or supply-chain knowledge, coding ability, and familiarity with TMS, OMS, and WMS platforms. The position is fully remote and includes medical, vision, and dental insurance.
