Cordial is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert for clients, guiding platform implementations, third-party integrations, RESTful API and JavaScript snippet adoption, complex use cases, and repeatable processes. The role also supports project management, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and collaboration with product, client success, strategy, support, sales, and engineering teams. Candidates should have a BS in Computer Science or a related field, at least four years of professional services experience, and strong technical skills including RESTful APIs, JSON, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, PHP or another programming language, and browser developer tools. The United States base salary is $120,000–$140,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
