Description
Onfido, an Entrust company, is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer in Malaysia to support customers across the APAC region with digital identity and fraud solutions. The role partners with Sales, designs identity verification experiences, guides API/SDK integrations, leads trials and proof of concepts, supports RFP/RFI processes, builds customer demos, and collaborates with Product, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams. Candidates need presales or solutions engineering experience, programming and REST API knowledge, cross-functional collaboration experience, and fluency in English and Malay; familiarity with identity verification, fintech, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks is desirable. The role is based in Malaysia with occasional travel.
