Description
Kernel is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between customer needs and product and engineering teams in enterprise deals. The role partners with Account Executives, runs and delivers proof of concepts, leads implementations from kickoff through go-live, builds bespoke AI agents using Kernel’s tooling, advises multiple clients, and provides feedback to Product. Candidates should have 3–7 years of client-facing analytical or technical experience, technical fluency with APIs and JavaScript, data-system knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience in fast-paced startup environments. The role requires at least four days per week in the London office and offers £80,000–£120,000 OTE plus equity.
