The role covers solution design, deployment, API and automation integrations, data transformation, client training, process improvement, and technical advisory. It requires 7+ years of SaaS implementation experience, low-code platform configuration, data transformation, and strong communication and teaching skills. The position is based in New York, New York, with an in-office schedule of four days per week at Grand Central, and offers a base salary of $120,000–$175,000 plus equity and benefits.
