Kizen is hiring a Senior Implementation Engineer/Senior Solutions Engineer in Austin, Texas, working in-office four days per week. The role customizes Kizen’s low-code platform for clients, guides deployments from kickoff through go-live, builds integrations using APIs and automation tools, transforms data, delivers training, and advises clients on process improvements. Candidates need at least seven years of SaaS implementation experience, hands-on data transformation and low-code platform experience, strong communication and teaching skills, and enthusiasm for AI and automation. The position offers an OTE of $167,500–$223,000 with uncapped commission, a base salary of $120,000–$175,000, equity, healthcare coverage, professional development stipends, and PTO.
