Nebius is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary technical partner for customers deploying and operating GPU clusters and AI infrastructure. The role involves configuring and tuning GPU-based environments, troubleshooting hardware, networking, operating systems, and cluster-level issues, translating customer requirements into architectures and execution plans, and improving system performance and reliability. Candidates should have customer-facing technical experience, GPU infrastructure knowledge, Linux troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with large-scale compute environments. The position offers $180,000 to $220,000 in OTE, including base salary and performance bonus, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, parental leave, and remote-work reimbursement benefits.
