The Senior Solution Engineer collaborates with client executives and sales teams to align NetApp's technical strategy with customer goals, providing pre-sales technical support for complex storage solutions. The role involves product demonstrations, customer needs assessment, tailored storage architecture, proof-of-concept development, ROI and TCO analysis, and consultation across NetApp's storage and data management ecosystem. Candidates need at least 12 years of experience in storage product and service technical specifications, prior experience in solutions engineering or sales engineering, and the ability to act as a subject-matter expert and project decision-maker.
