Primer is hiring a remote Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to support its growing sales team by identifying merchant pain points, translating business requirements into technical solutions, leading discovery and solution-design workshops, conducting product demos and developer Q&As, guiding merchants through integration and go-live, and managing complex integrations. The role requires experience with merchant-facing API products, frontend SDK implementation, project management, and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
