Description
R-Zero is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical pre-sales for its Physical AI occupancy and demand-controlled ventilation solution. The role partners with Sales Directors, conducts discovery calls and demos, qualifies commercial buildings, develops technical scopes and integration approaches, supports site surveys and implementation, and contributes to qualification processes and product roadmaps. Candidates need 3+ years of Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering experience, 5+ years of HVAC, BMS/controls, mechanical, energy, or building automation experience, relevant technical knowledge, and a bachelor's degree in a related engineering field. The position offers a base salary of $165,000–$185,000 USD, equity, health benefits, and a hybrid work arrangement for employees in the San Francisco Bay Area.
