Susco is hiring a fully remote Senior Software Engineer to lead client-facing technical engagements from discovery through delivery. The role combines software development, business analysis, client consulting, solution architecture, sales engineering, and executive partnership, with the engineer often owning engagements independently and potentially working embedded with client teams. The position requires seven years of web development experience, strong SQL and server-side programming skills, integration and legacy-system experience, and proficiency with agentic AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
