Description
TeamViewer is hiring a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to become a subject-matter expert on its IT and DEX product portfolio and deliver customer demonstrations, workshops, and webinars. The role conducts discovery sessions, designs customized solutions, develops proposals and technical documentation, leads proof-of-value and pilot engagements, supports sales teams, responds to RFx documents, and collaborates with product, engineering, and customer success teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, fluent French and English, at least two years of relevant technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting experience, and expertise in enterprise IT, SaaS, APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud computing, and security. The position requires travel up to 30% and offers hybrid and flexible work arrangements.
