Worth AI is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to support the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle for its AI-powered KYB, KYC, AML, and identity verification platform. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and data teams to run discovery, demos, proof-of-concepts, implementations, onboarding, training, and customer feedback loops for financial institutions and fintech clients. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years in solutions engineering or technical implementation in FinTech/RegTech or B2B SaaS, and hands-on experience with SQL, Node.js, React, AI technologies, and compliance-related workflows.
