Worth AI is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a technical partner across pre-sales and post-sales for its AI-powered KYB, KYC, AML, and identity verification platform. The role supports financial institutions and fintechs by leading technical discovery, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, implementation planning, onboarding, integrations, training, documentation, customer feedback, and expansion initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least five years of related Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation experience in FinTech, RegTech, or B2B SaaS, hands-on SQL, Node.js, and React skills, and familiarity with AI and financial compliance workflows.
