The role combines customer-facing technical product expertise with product demonstrations, RFP and technical inquiry support, business-case development, proof-of-concept management, workflow and integration discovery, and feedback to Product and Marketing teams. Candidates need at least 7 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS, along with strong consultative selling, presentation, and complex-sales-cycle skills. The position offers a remote-first culture, health care coverage, and an expected annual base salary of $87,615 to $146,025, with bonus eligibility.
