Susco is hiring a full-time, fully remote Senior Software Engineer to lead client-facing technical engagements from discovery through delivery. The role combines software development, business analysis, client consulting, sales engineering, solution architecture, and executive partnership, with the potential to work as a forward-deployed engineer. Candidates must have senior-level software engineering experience, at least 10 years of web development experience, strong database and SQL skills, proficiency in a server-side language and JavaScript, team leadership experience, integration and legacy-system experience, and the ability to use AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
