Description
Kargo is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical success of publishers integrating and scaling its in-app SDK. The role is hands-on and publisher-facing, responsible for onboarding strategic publishers, managing flagship integrations through production launch and monetization tuning, diagnosing impression-growth roadblocks, architecting placement and bidding strategies, establishing integration standards, and collaborating with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering. Candidates need expert proficiency in a production language, experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, containerization, CI/CD, testing, and observability, along with strong communication and technical judgment. The U.S. base salary range is $200,000–$220,000 USD, with variable compensation available.
