Description
Airwallex is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer for its Spend Team to own end-to-end delivery of complex global spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers across EMEA. The role advises customers and internal teams on integration approaches, solution design, ERP and accounting system configurations, API and third-party connector usage, troubleshooting, documentation, and feedback to Product and Engineering. It requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project management experience, and at least four years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience. The position is based in Amsterdam with three days in the office and implementation coverage across EMEA.
