The role owns execution across multiple systems and teams, aligns product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders, manages timelines and risks, partners with Business Analysts, and maintains technical project documentation. The position requires a relevant four-year college degree, at least seven years of enterprise platform project or program management experience, and two to four years of complex cross-team initiative delivery experience. Preferred qualifications include API-driven architecture, retail or omnichannel systems, regulated-environment experience, and relevant certifications or training.
