Eversource is hiring one Senior Sourcing Agent to drive procurement sourcing strategies, manage bid processes, negotiate medium-dollar and complex contracts, and support natural gas and facilities services. The role covers supplier evaluation, RFP preparation, contract administration, supplier qualification, cost-saving initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration, while also advising clients and coaching less-experienced colleagues. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of related experience, and strong sourcing, negotiation, contract, analytical, communication, and project-management skills; an MBA is preferred.
