Description
1X is hiring an Infrastructure & Indirect Sourcing Manager to build and scale the operational sourcing function supporting global facilities, IT infrastructure, manufacturing, site expansions, and corporate services. The role owns sourcing strategy, supplier networks, operating models, cost and efficiency improvements, risk mitigation, and performance management while leading a high-performing sourcing team. Candidates need at least 8 years of sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing experience, 3 years of direct people management experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. The compensation range is $170,000–$205,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
