Vultr is hiring a Senior Sourcing Specialist to build and scale proactive top-of-funnel talent pipelines for technical and operational hiring. The role partners with recruiters and hiring managers, sources passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, develops talent maps and competitor research, executes personalized outreach, maintains candidate data in Ashby ATS, and improves sourcing conversion and response rates. Candidates should have at least five years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent intelligence experience, including experience with technical, infrastructure, data center, engineering, and operational roles. The position offers $70,000-$85,000 plus a quarterly variable bonus and accepts applications from candidates residing in the listed U.S. states.
