Loft is hiring a Senior Spacecraft AIT Technician to perform hands-on assembly, integration, inspection, and rework of spacecraft flight hardware while mentoring and developing AIT technicians. The role requires at least five years of experience assembling and integrating spacecraft or similarly complex high-reliability hardware, along with mechanical and electrical assembly skills, precision tooling, controlled manufacturing processes, and the ability to interpret engineering documentation. The position offers 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a base salary of $110,000–$150,000 per year, and other benefits.
