Description
Apex is hiring a Senior Spacecraft GNC Engineer to design and develop the guidance, navigation, and control systems for satellite buses, including attitude and orbit determination and control, precision pointing, spacecraft dynamics analysis, simulations, hardware and software control systems, trade studies, testing, telemetry troubleshooting, and cross-functional integration. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace, electrical, or a related engineering field, at least 8 years of GNC engineering experience, and proficiency with C/C++, MATLAB, Python, and spacecraft simulation tools. The position reports to the Director of GNC, HITL & Mission Ops and offers full-time employment with equity, healthcare, retirement matching, paid leave, and a Playa Vista office.
