The role owns partner recruitment and onboarding, offer and link management, commission structures, compliance, performance tracking, reporting, affiliate network and agency coordination, and affiliate activations for product launches and seasonal events. Candidates should have 4–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, social commerce, or a related field, along with hands-on program management, social affiliate knowledge, attribution and conversion optimization skills, and proficiency with affiliate network platforms and Excel or comparable reporting tools. The position offers an annual salary of $95,000–$115,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
