Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is seeking a Senior Specialist, Business Proposals (Transactional) to collaborate with attorneys, Business Development, and Knowledge Management teams on transactional-related new business pitches, responses to RFPs, and other business development efforts. The role involves drafting pitches, proposals, and RFPs, managing processes, collaborating with various departments, developing pitch proposal reports, ensuring marketing material accuracy, researching transactional experience, leveraging internal and external research, utilizing firm technology, demonstrating strong communication skills, managing resources, complying with firm policies, and performing other related duties.
