The role supports relationship managers and offshore teams by coordinating client communication, preparing meeting materials and reports, tracking service matters, supporting client feedback and complaints, and maintaining client records. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, fluent Korean and English, and strong organizational, analytical, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills; financial-services experience is preferred.
