BNY is hiring a Senior Specialist, Client Processing for its Archer team in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, with four days per week in the office. The role performs quality reviews of new accounts, account maintenance transactions, and cash flows; identifies processing errors, documentation gaps, and workflow issues; supports operational risk assessments and control reporting; leads investigations and root-cause analysis; develops dashboards and metrics; and challenges first-line procedures to ensure accurate, compliant client processing. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, with 5–7 years of experience preferred in a control, quality assurance, operational risk, or related function.
