The role supports client service throughout the investigation lifecycle by responding to queries, providing accurate updates, solving complex system-related problems, and supporting internal and external clients. It may involve allocating and reviewing the work of other team members, training, approvals, and process improvement using AI and digital tools. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, with 5–7 years of transaction processing, investigations, or related financial-services experience preferred, along with brokerage-processing experience, applicable licenses or certifications, leadership, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
