Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6 years of experience in Transfer Agency or related field within financial services.
Good experience of Trade processing, reconciliation, client service and people management required.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree or professional certifications in finance or business administration preferred.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams, with excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions.
Experience in holding teams responsible to department KRI’s and undertaking annual performance reviews with teams.
Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and delivery of process improvements, including the use of digital tools and AI.
