Description
Grab is hiring an IT Operations Manager to lead daily IT operations and IT projects for Grab employees. The role manages a team of IT specialists, major incidents, service and vendor operations, IT assets and CMDB data, documentation, technology projects, cross-functional collaboration, and EUC security and compliance. It requires at least four years of IT operations or related experience, ITIL or relevant service-management certification, ITSM and asset-management expertise, macOS and Windows proficiency, and experience guiding technical support teams. The position reports to the Senior Manager, EUC Region 2 and is based onsite at Grab One North office.
