Snap Inc. is hiring a Senior Specialist, Global Sales Onboarding for a 7-month fixed term to lead ASCEND, its global in-person Sales Onboarding experience. The role coordinates people, content, operations, facilitators, participants, logistics, technology, and cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, Sales Operations, Marketing, and People; manages cohorts and program delivery; develops learning materials and measurement approaches; and continuously improves the experience for new sellers. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, and is based in an office at least four days per week.
