Ross Stores is hiring a Senior Specialist, HR (Program Delivery) to support the Program Delivery Team in implementing, adopting, and sustaining strategic HR initiatives. The role focuses on independently managing project activities, driving change management efforts, creating and maintaining COE tools and documentation, analyzing and reporting program metrics, supporting project plans and communications, and coordinating training to increase adoption and manage organizational change. The position is based in Dublin, California, is full-time, and uses a hybrid work arrangement with regular in-office presence.
