Description
The Senior Specialist, Investor Services Operations will support transfer agency operations for clients of moderate complexity, including client onboarding and internal conversions, metric reporting, escalated-issue resolution, and process reviews aimed at reducing risk and improving efficiency. The role is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with a four-day in-office requirement, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience; 3–5 years of experience and transfer agency operations experience are preferred.
