L3Harris is hiring a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer in Camden, Arkansas, to develop, implement, and analyze manufacturing engineering plans and projects; define and transfer manufacturing tools, strategies, and systems; develop product and process strategies; coordinate new-product releases; estimate and track manufacturing costs; determine time standards; recommend tooling and process requirements; and maintain manufacturing records and reporting systems. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least four years of related experience, or ten years of related experience without a degree. Preferred qualifications include solid rocket motor manufacturing engineering experience, Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
