DP World is hiring a Senior Specialist – Operations for its Global Service Centre in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. The role supports end-to-end backoffice execution for the Trailers & Intermodal business, including order-to-cash and booking-to-invoice processes, KPI and SLA monitoring, complex transaction review, escalations, process governance, stakeholder coordination, root-cause analysis, automation and process improvement, reporting, training, and audit readiness. The position requires 6–8 years of transportation or logistics backoffice experience, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with TMS, billing or ERP platforms, EDI, and reporting tools; it is non-customer-facing and may require rotational shifts including night shifts.
