Description
DP World is hiring a Senior Specialist – Operations to support end-to-end backoffice execution and continuous improvement for the Trailers & Intermodal business within Multi Modal Solutions. The role covers order-to-cash and booking-to-invoice processes, KPI and SLA monitoring, complex transaction review, escalations, stakeholder coordination, process governance, root-cause analysis, automation and reporting, and team training. It is based in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, reports to the Assistant Manager or Manager – Operations, and requires 6–8 years of transportation or logistics backoffice experience, a bachelor's degree, and familiarity with TMS, billing/ERP, EDI, and reporting tools.
