The Senior Specialist, Payroll Implementation & Integration-2 supports strategic payroll initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, P&C modernization, system implementations, and process improvement. The role coordinates employee data collection and migration, validates payroll calculations and outputs, executes end-to-end testing, documents defects and processes, supports implementation readiness and post-go-live stabilization, and collaborates with payroll operations, benefits, technology, and third-party payroll providers.
