Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years of professional experience supporting end-to-end project management and process improvement projects
2+ years of experience analyzing workflows to improve efficiency, identify process deficiencies, and develop recommendations
2+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design
2+ years of experience presenting information and recommendations to senior leadership
Experience leading and working with team members to reach decisions
Preferred Qualifications: Prior authorization or insurance operations experience
Experience with JIRA, Linear, and Slack
ACA marketplace, provider network, claims, healthcare quality, or provider data experience
Continuous process improvement or Lean Six Sigma training
