BNY is hiring a Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role maintains the operational integrity of critical financial applications and platforms, monitors real-time dashboards, troubleshoots events affecting applications, servers, networks, and telecommunications, coordinates with platform engineers and vendors, and communicates with internal and external customers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of technology support experience, SQL and database management proficiency, knowledge of payments ecosystems and financial trading platforms, and enterprise ITIL experience.
