The role supports Pershing-hosted applications by resolving customer and application issues, diagnosing software and process problems, coordinating with internal and external teams, providing out-of-hours and on-call support, and documenting procedures and incident information. Required qualifications include Windows and Office experience, scripting knowledge, multi-tier application understanding, issue-tracking experience, production and on-call support experience, and familiarity with APM and monitoring tools; client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement are also required.
