L3Harris is hiring a Senior Specialist Program Manager in Mason, Ohio, to lead cross-functional Integrated Product Teams through the full lifecycle of infrared sensor development and production programs. The role manages program cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, budgets, contracts, proposals, and financial objectives while serving as the primary contact for stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and four years of related experience, or ten years of experience in lieu of a degree, along with DoD contract experience and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
