The role manages program cost, schedule, performance, cash flow, and profit-and-loss baselines; coordinates engineering, manufacturing, quality, contracts, procurement, and finance teams; manages customer expectations and scope changes; leads program meetings and reviews; documents program status; identifies risks and opportunities; and supports proposals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or a similar field with at least six years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least four years of related experience, plus at least four years of manufacturing experience with an engineering background. The schedule is 9/80, with five percent travel required, and the New Jersey salary range is $106,500 to $197,500.
