Randstad is seeking a Senior Specialist Quality Control to act as a subject matter expert and sub-project manager in biochemistry, bioassay, and microbiology. The role leads technical transfers, provides analytical troubleshooting and validation support, drives QC change initiatives, and represents Quality Control in cross-functional projects across global pharmaceutical operations. Candidates need a relevant master's degree, extensive cGMP/GLP and pharmaceutical testing expertise, project management experience, and strong Swedish and English communication skills.
