Description
NiCE is hiring a Senior Architect for its CX Enterprise Architecture team. The role is split between approximately 60% security architecture for a large, multi-tenant cloud-native CXone platform and 40% cross-CX architecture, including enterprise and regulated customer designs, architecture reviews, standards, and AI-first engineering. The architect will guide other architects and engineers, lead multi-team initiatives, support security incident analysis, and help secure AI-assisted development and LLM capabilities. The position requires 14+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years as a software or solutions architect on large-scale distributed cloud systems, strong AWS and secure SDLC expertise, and leadership without authority. It follows a hybrid model with two office days and three remote days per week.
