Description
The Specialist, Training Governance supports the execution and operationalization of shipboard Learning & Development programs by coordinating training implementation, maintaining governance documentation, supporting audit and compliance readiness, and assisting with stakeholder communications. The role also supports LMS configuration and reporting logic, analyzes training requirements and compliance data, and helps resolve systemic issues in a regulated maritime environment. It requires a bachelor’s degree, relevant training and compliance experience, familiarity with shipboard learning systems, and the ability to work primarily in a climate-controlled office in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
