Coupang is hiring a Senior Specialist, Workforce Planning & Optimization (Hub Operations) to lead labor and capacity planning for its Taiwan HUB sortation facilities. The role owns demand forecasting, senior and tenured temporary labor ratios, temp-worker incentive structures, Cost Per Hour optimization, rostering, talent-pool development, vendor and stakeholder management, and analytics dashboards. Candidates need at least four years of workforce planning, labor modeling, or capacity planning experience in high-volume logistics or fulfillment operations, along with advanced quantitative analysis and visualization skills.
