Intel is hiring a Senior Spice Modeling Engineer in Bangalore, India, to own SPICE model development, validation, sign-off, and strategic direction for advanced process technologies within the Design Technology Platform Process Design Kit team. The role includes defining modeling and QA automation methodologies, architecting test structures for model-to-hardware correlation and parasitic extraction, extracting model parameters from IV and CV data, guiding compact model and process file strategy, documenting best practices, resolving cross-functional technical issues, and mentoring junior engineers.
