Aubrant Digital is hiring a Senior SQL and Data Engineer to own the data tier of a multi-source patient-view platform. The role designs denormalized read models and snapshot tables, optimizes SQL Server queries and indexes, builds ETL and change-data-capture refresh pipelines, and manages data quality, migrations, and PHI de-identification. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, native or bilingual English, at least six years of Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL data or database engineering experience, and expertise in advanced T-SQL, index tuning, execution plans, and healthcare data integration.
