Description
The Senior SQL Database Administrator will serve as a senior administrator for enterprise application databases and supporting platform services for the Defense Logistics Agency. Responsibilities include designing, configuring, and maintaining complex databases; optimizing performance and device allocation; managing backups, recovery, data governance, reporting, application availability, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery; and supporting stakeholder and project activities. The role requires extensive database and client-management experience, proficiency with SQL, SQL Server, SQL Clustering, PL/SQL, and related database technologies, and eligibility for a U.S. Government PUBLIC TRUST, SECRET, or TOP SECRET clearance.
